RMT Direct – drive Guillotine Shear

The RMT shear is engineered in a very strong construction to cut different steel types and other materials easily. It enjoys a unique design to equip with a good variety of optional accessories.

All steel-plate construction with a rigid cutting beam working inside double bronze guides
Precise blade adjustment from top beam with position indicator
Secure blade gap system easily adjusted from table
Low-noise, sturdy direct-drive reduction motor, mounted outside of the main frame, thus allowing free space under the table
Special motor-shaft coupling design for continuous power output
Front gauging and support options
Manual or motorised backgauge options with digital controls

Shear blades from tough and wear resistant alloyed material

Motor is mounted outside the main frame, thus allowing a totally free
area under the table
Main shaft is directly coupled with the motor reduction box to ensure
that power output is continuous for efficient and smooth cutting cycles
